The foundation of Pedregal was first laid in 1975, set across 360 acres of dramatic cliffside terrain between the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. Born from the vision, innovation, and perseverance of Manuel Diaz Rivera, Pedregal was more than a development—it was the creation of a community defined by intention and enduring spirit.

The Campaign Goal: Provide initial funding to open The Los Cabos Community Blood Bank
To raise $1.5 million USD to purchase a Blood Mobile, an Apheresis Machine (used to separate blood into its derivatives) and cover the initial five years of operations.
